One lobbyist described sexual harassment at the Colorado State Capitol as a problem that "crosses party lines and has been happening for generations."
Starting Monday, Sept. 18, Denver City Council will start at 5 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of each month for public comment about any issue at all.
