If you were looking in Kansas City, Charlotte or Portland, this is what $275,000 would get you in local real estate.
Denver, Miami and Philadelphia all had similar square footage in the $535,000 range. But Tuscon? Pretty different.
The obvious question this raises is whether Denver is better at doing business or Fairbanks is better at smoking weed.
It hasn't worked here. Could it work there?
