Semyon Varlamov's 2016-17 season is over. The Colorado Avalanche goaltender will have surgery on his hip in Vail on Thursday morning and miss the remainder of the season.
Varlamov is still dealing with a lingering groin injury and will be shut down until after the All-Star Break, head coach Jared Bednar told reporters Wednesday.
Semyon Varlamov put recent struggles behind him, and the Colorado Avalanche's sputtering offense did the same — at least for one night.
Prices are up and inexpensive homes go fast.
Colorado Avalanche goalie Semyon Varlamov is slated to make $5.9 million this year, while his backup, 24-year-old Calvin Pickard, will make just $1 million.
Colorado is still locked in a five-way tie for lowest percentage of homes in foreclosure among mortgaged homes.
Only 0.3 percent of mortgaged homes in the state are in the process of foreclosure.
