These barracks housed the CCC workers who built Red Rocks. Denver wants to return them to the public -- and provide people with jobs training in the process.
"It sure doesn’t feel down, either in the city or in the metro area," said Evan Dreyer, deputy chief of staff to Mayor Michael Hancock.
