Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper called the recently-wrapped up 2017 legislative session the "most productive" in his seven-year tenure, but that he might call a special session to get more done on transportation, health care and the Colorado Energy Office.
The bill, which needs to get past the Republican-controlled Senate and Colorado's tax-averse voters, came out of committee a bit different than it went in.
