It somehow happened that the Denver Tech Center doesn’t have a Snooze.

In 12 years of Snooze’s existence, it just didn’t get to that particular hub. But now, it’s almost ready to open up at 5073 S. Syracuse — just off Interstate 25 at Belleview Avenue.

The new location — Snooze’s ninth in Colorado — will be 4,000 square feet and seat 119 people inside and 28 on the patio. A press release promises a “bright and sunny feel” with floor to ceiling windows all around. It opens on May 2.

For a few days ahead of that opening date, the new Snooze will host invite-only breakfasts that benefit its nonprofit partners: Cherry Creek HS School GardenDevelopmental Pathways / SUN Foundation and FRIENDS FIRST.
