Lindsay Fendt

Lindsay Fendt is an award-winning freelance journalist and photographer. She covered health and the environment as a former staff writer and photographer for The Tico Times in San José, Costa Rica. In 2017 she moved to Colorado for the Scripps Fellowship in Environmental Journalism to work on a project about the global rise of murders of environmentalists. Her work on this topic will be released as a book in 2021. Lindsay’s other work has been published in The Guardian, bioGraphic, U.S. News and World Report, Univision, Al Jazeera and Vice News among others.
