Tornado spotted in Bennett; tornado warning issued, then cancelled, for Arapahoe and Adams counties

Update: The tornado warning has been cancelled. NWS: “The storm which propted the warning has weakened below severe limits… and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.”

Earlier: Via the National Weather Service: “A tornado warning remains in effect until 7 p.m. MDT for north central Arapahoe County. At 6:38 p.m. a confirmed tornado was located near Bennett… moving southeast at 5 m.p.h.”
