This might be more serious than we thought.
The Associated Press reports that Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper visited the Washington, D.C., home of Hillary Clinton on Friday.
The governor’s name has been repeatedly floated as a possible vice presidential pick. When the pair last met in Denver in June, Hickenlooper said he’d take the job “if asked.” However, his name has been missing from many of the short lists in circulation.
According to the Associated Press, Hickenlooper was in a car that left Clinton’s Washington home Friday afternoon. An anonymous source said Clinton was holding meetings Friday about her running mate selection. Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren also visited Clinton’s house today.
