Vegan Van will make its return to Denver with a brunch on Aug. 28.
The mobile plant kitchen attracted a major following under its original owner, Amie Arias, before a lack of investment forced it off the streets.
Now under new ownership, the van will make its first major appearance for brunch on Aug. 28 at Nooch, the vegan market. (It'll also be Nooch's fourth birthday.) Vegan Van is asking folks to check in on social media if they plan to attend.
The Vegan Van's previous menu items have included vegan wings, beer-battered "nori fish," jackfruit and more.
