You may remember Meg Whitman as the Republican nominee to be California's governor in 2010, or a Hewlett-Packard executive. On Tuesday, she makes news as the first major Republican to hit the campaign trail for Clinton, Politico reports.

Much like Tim Kaine did the other week, Whitman will join business leaders to talk about Clinton's jobs plan.

She'll be at the Crawford Hotel in Union Station at 8:15 a.m.
