Kids all over Denver – and in 40 countries around the world – will be walking to school today.

That means more students and guardians on the sidewalks, and the Denver Police Department is urging drivers to be extra cautious today – not that you shouldn’t always do that.

This is the 20th annual Walk to School day. More than 4,400 schools in all are registered to participate.
