Well, it didn't take long to solve that mystery.

Denver's first Shake Shack will be at the corner of 30th and Larimer streets.

As BusinessDen first reported, the burger joint will be the first tenants of a $12 million retail and office development from Littleton Capital Partners.

It'll be on the same block as Finn's Manor and Ratio Beerworks, not to mention the dozens of other businesses along Larimer in River North.

According to a brochure from David Hicks Lambert Brokerage, restaurant, retail and offie space are still available inside the two new buildings and an existing building.

You can see there, if you look very closely, that Shake Shack will have about 1,000 square feet of patio on the corner. BusinessDen reports that the interior will be about 3,500 square feet.

Littleton Capitol Partners head Jonathan Bush told BusinessDen he hopes to complete construction on the building that will house Shake Shack this summer, so it might be a little while yet before you can suck down Fair Shakes until you are literally 50 percent milkshake.
