Last week, more people paid over listing price for their home than in any other week Denverite has been looking at overbids.

About 40 percent of the people who bought a home paid more than its asking price. The differences ranged from $5 extra to a full $116,000 more.

  • Sold for $350,000, 9.72 percent above asking price
