Old Spaghetti Factory, the restaurant that does exactly what its name says, will be expanding its long-running presence in the Denver metro this month.

The new OSF restaurant announced for Westminster will be opening on July 31 at 9145 Sheridan Boulevard, according to James Damis, an attorney who represents the company.

Old Spaghetti Factory is based in Portland, Oregon, but it has long operated in downtown Denver. In fact, the company played a key role in saving the historic Denver City Cable Railway Building.

The new 400-seat restaurant in Westminster will include the trademark trolley car, as The Know earlier reported. This will be the second Colorado restaurant in the chain.
