It’s Monday. We’re expecting thunderstorms and heavy rain after 2 p.m., with the chance of precipitation at 50 percent in Denver, according to the National Weather Service.

The strongest storms could dump an inch of rain in 30 minutes. A few of the thunderstorms may drop large hail and bring 60 mph winds. The high is 88 degrees.

The chance of rain will continue every day through at least Thursday. Temperatures are expected to get higher and the air more humid as the week passes.
