Madden, the popular NFL video game, released its ratings Wednesday. Broncos fans might not enjoy how Denver fared in the team rankings.
The Broncos were the seventh-highest rated team in the AFC with an 82. In the AFC West, division-rival Kansas City Chiefs (85) and Oakland Raiders (84) both ranked higher.
Denver’s individual players did pretty well, though.
Outside linebacker Von Miller had the best rating (99) out of all players. Cornerbacks Chris Harris Jr. (93) and Aqib Talib (90) also earned ratings in the 90s, as did middle linebacker Brandon Marshall (90).
Wide receivers Emmanuel Sanders (88) and Demaryius Thomas (87) were the Broncos’ highest-ranked offensive players. Quarterbacks Paxton Lynch, Mark Sanchez and Trevor Siemian came in at 74, 72 and 60, respectively.
Madden NFL 17 will hit shelves Aug. 23.
