Make, Believe Bakery will open this month next to City O’ City

You’ve had their sweets before at Watercourse and City O’ City, and now they’ll have a little home of their own.

You’ve had their sweets before at Watercourse and City O’ City, and now they’ll have a little home of their own.

Make, Believe Bakery will open shop at 214 E. 13th Ave., right next to City O’ City, before the end of the month.

Until now, the vegan bakery has been known as Watercourse Bakery. They make their baked goods with organic, GMO-free products whenever possible, and all of gluten-free products are mixed in a separate room.

Whenever they do finally open the little pink storefront, Make, Believe will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For now, you can still get their goods from City O’ City and Watercourse, or place special orders by calling 303-318-9843.
