As the National Western Complex prepares for a major redevelopment, a Denver-based hospitality company whose corporate offices are just north of the facility is moving to Stapleton.
Service Systems Associates handles things like catering, gift shops, concessions and rides for a lot of well-known Colorado attractions: the Denver Zoo, History Colorado Center, the National Western Complex, Denver Mart, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Royal Gorge Bridge & Park.
The company announced Monday that it’s building a 45,000-square-foot office in the Stapleton-Northfield neighborhood. Construction on the building is scheduled to wrap up during spring 2017, according to a news release.
The One Central Park building will be three stories and located near Interstate 70 and Central Park Boulevard, northeast of The Shops At Northfield Stapleton shopping center.
“In light of our partner the National Western Complex’s future development, we wanted to make the most of the opportunity to find a new home for our employees by seeking out an office space with new amenities, comfort and a good location,” Service Systems Associates president and CEO Sean McNicholas said in a statement.
“In this Northfield office, we found what we are looking for and more to house our growing SSA family here in the Denver community for many years to come.”
Service Systems Associates is building at 4624 N. Central Park Blvd. with the real estate investment firm Elevation Capital Partners. Service Systems Associates plans to occupy half of the building and lease the rest through CBRE, according to a news release.
