Denver's counter-culture bar Occidental is one of 50 finalists for Playboy's Best Bars of 2016.
The former nudie mag is letting readers vote on which bar is No. 1 through the end of the month and will announce the nation's top 10 bars in its November issue.
Occidental is the only place in Colorado that made it on the finalist list. The bar opened last year at 1950 W. 32 Ave., next to the upscale cocktail bar Williams & Graham.
Earlier this year, Esquire featured Occidental in its "18 Best Bars in America" list. Readers can vote for Occidental to make it in Playboy's top 10 at playboy.com/features/best-bars/2016.
Don't worry, that link is safe for work. After more than 60 years, Playboy stopped publishing photos of women naked in March presumably because everybody said they were reading the magazine for the articles anyway and the internet is plagued with free images of naked people.
