Cagney Wenk was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer just three weeks before his wife, Jessica Li, was due to give birth.

Their baby’s birth and Wenk’s treatment both happened at Boulder Community Health this month. Sarah Boccolucci, a photographer and videographer, was there to capture the new family’s beginnings.

The family is raising money now to help with Wenk’s ongoing medical bills for glioblastoma. Their son is named Levon.
