If you were thinking that Monday, Oct. 3 would be the time for your fall bonfire in the Denver metro, you would be wrong.

The Front Range is going to be dry, warm and windy on Tuesday, so the National Weather Service is warning of a fire danger from noon to 7 p.m. on Monday.

Affected areas include Denver, western Adams and Arapahoe counties, northern Douglas County, Boulder and Jefferson counties and western Broomfield county.

Just don’t set stuff on fire tomorrow, please.
