How Initiative 300 votes have been trending

Public marijuana consumption isn't legal in Denver yet. Currently, 62.60 percent of voters favor the measure to allow use in public at businesses that obtain something like a liquor license from the city.

That's a difference of 14,443 votes, so yeah, that's why election officials haven't called the race.

But the difference is a lot bigger than Tuesday night. In fact, more and more yes votes have come in with each count.
