Police are searching for Hector Lopez, who went missing on Jan. 30 in the Highland neighborhood.
Lopez, 21, was last seen near 38th Avenue and Eliot Street around 6:30 p.m. that day. He is 5'9" and 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
