Logan House Coffee Roasters, which only just opened its first brick-and-mortar shop early this year, will open its second location inside the Catalyst Health Tech Innovation campus coming to River North.

Co-owners Brooks Gagstetter and Andre Janusz have been roasting and selling coffee beans in RiNo under the Logan House name since 2013, but they never thought they'd have one shop, let alone two.

“We never wanted to have a coffee shop,” Gagstetter told Denverite back in January. “We just wanted to roast and do deliveries and set-up and whole bean, that was it. After a while, we realized there’s such a demand for our product that to get it out there we kind of needed to open up a shop. We bit the bullet, and this is our first attempt, and it’s going really well.”

The layout inside the 1,624-square-foot Catalyst space will be similar to the one at its Stanley Marketplace location, as will the menu. That includes five Logan House roasts, beer, wine and specialty food items from local chefs.

This is the first non-health-tech business that's been announced for Catalyst HTI. There will also be several restaurants on the ground floor.

Logan House is slated to open inside Catalyst, at Brighton Boulevard and 35th Street, in the first quarter of 2018, along with the rest of the development's first phase.
