The Denver District Attorney’s Office has dropped the only charge in a case against Jack Jakob Grynberg, 85, a Denver oilman.

Grynberg was arrested in December after a clerical assistant alleged he previously had kissed her neck and grabbed her breast, according to The Denver Post.

He was charged with a single felony count of unlawful sexual contact.

“Further review of the evidence led to a determination that the charge could no longer be proven beyond a reasonable doubt,” the DA’s office said in a news release.

We’ve reached out to Grynberg’s attorney for comment. Grynberg Petroleum is headquartered in Denver.
