The shell has started going up for the building sandwiched between the hip-hop bar Cold Crush and a residential duplex on Larimer Street.

ArcWest Architects previously proposed using the space at 2706 Larimer St. for the restaurant American Bonded on the main level and offices on the second and third floors. The Denver-based firm didn't immediately return a call from Denverite about the project Wednesday.

A plan with the city shows plans for the second and third floors might have been scrapped.

American Bonded LLC had a Colorado liquor license for the property as of May 1, state records show. The company is registered to Lisa Vedovelli and appears to include the owner of The Matchbox, Justin Anthony, and Williams & Graham bartender, Sean Kenyon.

Anthovelli LLC purchased the 3,137-square-foot property for $475,000 in 2014. The Denver-based company is also registered to Vedovelli.

Vedovelli told Denverite on Tuesday she'd like to "table" talking about the project for now.
