The latest addition at Aurora’s massive Stanley Marketplace is one for barbecue lovers.

Rolling Smoke BBQ is officially open.

You might already be familiar with Rolling Smoke from the food truck that’s been roaming around Denver. The Stanley spot — right in the center of the first floor — is chef and owner Terry Walsh’s first brick-and-mortar location.

The menu is packed with barbecue classics: pulled pork, ribs, brisket and all the usual fixins.

They’ll be open starting at 11 a.m. Saturday.
