Construction of the Yale 25 Station apartments in Denver's University Hills neighborhood is nearing the halfway mark, putting the project on pace for early spring completion.
Jordon Perlmutter & Co. is developing the five-story, 112-unit apartment building walking distance from the Yale Light Rail Station, west of Yale Avenue and Interstate 25. The Denver firm's director of development, Jim Smith, said the apartment will likely be marketed to University of Denver students and young professionals working at the Denver Tech Center.
Smith did not provide a cost for the project and said rent prices were still being finalized.
Units at Yale 25 are expected to range from 633-square-foot studios to 1,150-square-foot two bedrooms, according to OZ Architecture.
The Denver firm designed the 165,000-square-foot apartment project at 5101-5125 E. Yale Ave. The apartment is expected to include 113 enclosed parking spaces, a rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue and a game playing area, a fitness center, club room and lounge and an internet cafe and private courtyard on the second level.
