. . . ¿No son unas bellezas? . . . . . Anaheim, el chile rojo que tiene nombre de ciudad, una variedad muy popular aquí en Denver pero sobretodo en el sur de los Estados Unidos. Los “Anaheim” pueden utilizarse de diversas formas en la cocina, tanto frescos y crudos, como rellenos, asados, a la barbacoa o en escabeche. Se suelen preparar rellenos con queso, salteados con ajo, o frescos en alguna ensalada o platillo. Es por esta cantidad de formas de usarlo que se ha convertido en un producto tan querido. ¡Deliciosos! . . . Estos son parte de la cosecha de Re-Vision.
