We're another round down and just eight Denver coffee shops are left in our Mile High Coffee Quest. I don't know about you, but this has me feeling pretty anxious. Or maybe that's the coffee.

Voting will be open a little longer on this one as the competition gets more intense. The coffee shops that make it to the final four will each get a short profile on Denverite.

You have until 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 15 to weigh in.

Here is your round of 8.
