Good morning. A storm arrives in Colorado today, bringing heavy snowfall to the western mountains and the I-70 mountain corridor. On the plains, we'll likely see rain showers in the afternoon and a bit of snow by early evening, according to the National Weather Service.

Little accumulation is expected in Denver. Mountain resorts, however, could see a foot or more of snow through Thursday, according to OpenSnow.

The high in Denver today is 56. After today, high temperatures will hover around the 40s for the rest of the week.
