City of Denver will unveil a ‘large-scale, free, drive-up’ COVID-19 testing center at Pepsi Center

The Nuggets home court has a new role in COVID-19 era.

On Thursday, Mayor Michael Hancock, Gov. Jared Polis and regional leaders will unveil a “large-scale, free, drive-up” COVID-19 testing center at the Pepsi Center, usually home to the Nuggets.

The leaders will gather at 2 p.m. to make the announcement, which you can follow on Facebook or at denvergov.org.

As of Wednesday, the city had 4,732 cases of COVID-19 and 242 deaths.
