Denver Business Journal reports that construction on a new 211-unit apartment building called Sova will begin construction later this year and is expected to be finished in 2018. Befitting its neighborhood, the apartment promises to have space for over 100 bikes.
Based on the city's site review map, this proposed project isn't the biggest residential development in the neighborhood though. That would be Skyhouse Denver, with its 300 some units.
