Update 5:10 p.m.: RTD reports that all service is back to normal.

Because of the a strong police presence around the Western Conservative Summit downtown today, the D, F and H light-rail lines were briefly diverted.

Those lines travel to Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and Aurora, respectively.

The RTD tweeted just minutes later that the three lines were operating normally again, but that there will be delays for the next half-hour.
