We found you a new summer cocktail: The Smoke In The Water at Blueprint Bar.
The bar officially opened yesterday at 450 E. 17th Ave., and the mezcal, lemongrass, watermelon and lime concoction is a sweet and smoky standout on an already unique drink menu.
Also on there: The Summer Esprit, made with Leopold’s gin, cucumber, Esprit de June, lime and green chartreuse ice cream.
The food menus includes small plates like burrata, croquettes and antipasti, and slightly larger dishes like the local hangar steak and the seasonal pasta dish.
4-10 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday
4-11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday
10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (for brunch)
