Mad Dog Ranch, home to the late musician Joe Cocker, is up for sale again, according to Variety.

The estate was first listed for $7 million in 2015. By spring this year, that price was down to $5.75 million, reported Westword. Now it's up for auction in September, with no reserve price.

Could be that life in the small town of Crawford, with its population of fewer than 500, isn't for everyone. Cocker told Colorado Public Radio in 2012 about just how he landed there:

"The idea was we were going to get just a summer, drop-out place on the West Slope. But we fell in love with it. I love the seasons. And I go walking with my dogs. I'm fishing in the summer. I grow tomatoes, which is a passion of mine," Cocker said. "So I find plenty to do."

So if you're tired of swimming in a pool of cash, Cocker's 15,873 square-foot ranch has quite a few amenities to offer you. Including:

  • The 1,500-square-foot master suite includes a coffee bar, the LA Times noted.
  • There's an "acre-sized swimming hole" outfitted with a pier and paddle boat, per the Wall Street Journal.
  • 5 acres of gardens and greenhouses. Cocker collected tomato seeds from all over the world, his wife told WSJ.
  • Oh, and there are seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

You can look through the whole place here if you've got 6 minutes and 40 seconds to spare.
