Here are things to do in Denver for Aug. 31.

Drink up. (Dave Burdick/Denverite)
Here’s what’s up today and tonight.
Dunbar Kitchen & Taphouse, 2844 Welton St., is hosting its final summer backyard barbecue with Spangalang Brewery from 6 to 10 p.m. For $20, you’ll get a brat, burger or chicken sandwich with homemade baked beans and Napa slaw, plus two beers.
Stop by Cerebral Brewing, 1477 Monroe St., anytime from 5 to 8 p.m. to try six of their craft brews paired with six cured meats from Il Porcellino Salumi. Tickets are limited, so sign up in advance. The cost is $35.
Put all those hours of playing Smash Bros to use from 7 to 10 p.m. at Grandma’s House, 1710 S. Broadway.
They’ll be hosting a tournament and the Spudz food truck will be cooking up food outside. The winner takes home a free growler.
Join Shirley, Zarah, Vivian, Brody and specials guests for a burlesque journey through time.
They’ll start in the year 2000 and dance their way through the years from 8 to 10 p.m. at Lannie’s Clocktower Cabaret, 1601 Arapahoe St. Tickets are $20.
