Parts of Santa Fe and Kalamath are closed because a body was found near the railway

Police report they are investigating deaths at two separate locations this morning.

One corpse was found on or near the train tracks around South Santa Fe Drive and West Alameda Avenue. A train was stopped at that location, blocking northbound Santa Fe and southbound Kalamath Street, according to the Denver Police Department. The streets could be reopened by 9 a.m.

Police also are investigating a death on the 5500 block of Xanadu Sreet, in far northeastern Denver.

No further details about either death ahve been released.
