And things are likely to get hotter still: Northglenn gets light-rail service on the N Line next year. Read on for more details.
Ā Millennials:
Ages 25 to 34 areĀ 1.8 times more common in Northglenn than the national average, Realtor.com reports.

We’re looking at just 11 days on the market for your typical home. That’s slightly longer than last year, butĀ it’s almost twice as fast as Adams County in general.
Costs:
Northglenn is more affordable than metro Denver in general. Its median house price is $265,800, representing a sizable 14 percent climb over last year, according to Zillow.Ā The median price reported for the metro is $341,400.
