Seven residential real estate firms were among the Denver Post's 100 best places to work in 2016. That's more than from any other industry, reports Denver Real Estate Watch.
Porchlight Real Estate Group earned first place among midsized companies, and the six other large and small companies all placed within the top 15 among their categories. Here's the breakdown:
- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, large company, 7th place
- Kentwood Real Estate, midsized company, 10th place
- Innovative Real Estate Group LLC, midsized company, 15th place
- Madison & Company Properties, small company, 2nd place
- LIVE Urban Real Estate, small company, 3rd place
- 8z Real Estate, small company, 5th place
So what sort of outrageous benefits come at a top-rated workplace? Denver Real Estate Watch has the details from 8z:
"8z offers health insurance, 401(k), an employee stock ownership program, paid vacation from two to five weeks a year and six-week paid sabbatical leave after six years of employment."
If you can top that, best places to work begin with a nomination.
