Suncor Energy Inc. will resume operations today after a power outage yesterday caused an "operational failure" releasing clouds of yellow and black smoke into the air over Commerce City and Denver.
The Denver Fire Department tweeted this morning that there will likely be emissions of white, clay-like dust as Suncor gets back up and running, but the air will be safe to breathe.
