Long-time Denver Broncos kicker Jason Elam is joining the Broncos' Ring of Fame tonight during halftime of Denver's game against the Houston Texans.
Elam spent 15 seasons with the Broncos from 1993-2006. In that time, he made 395 or 490 tries, which comes out to 80.6 percent.

He is by many statistical measures on of the greatest kickers ever. He has converted the eighth-most field goals ever.
Elam is also an author. He released his first Christian thriller novel, "Monday Night Jihad," in 2007 and has gone on to write three others, "Blown Coverage," "Blackout" and "Inside Threat."
I have not read "Monday Night Jihad," but I can tell you the Amazon synopsis of it is as follows:
