Grow to Table: An Interactive Beer Dinner Experience
Ratio Beerworks are joining foreces for this event benefitting GrowHaus. Attendees will meet at Ratio and go by shuttle the Growhaus greenhouse. There, they'll have a glass of wine from Infinite Monkey Theorem, learn about the urban farm and market program and pick vegetables that will be used in the first course of the dinner. After returning to ratio, attendees will make a salad course that will also be packaged and sent back to Growhaus to feed families in need. The beer dinner itself will feature a four-course meal from The Regional paired with Ratio beers. Ratio Beerworks, 2920 Larimer St. 3 p.m. $75.
