Denver weather forecast today, Jan. 24: Light snow?

Good morning! There’s a decent chance of light snow this morning, according to the National Weather Service. NWS forecasts about a 40 percent chance of snow showers between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., with accumulations no more than a half-inch expected in the city. However, parts of the I-25 corridor may score a “quick inch.”

Snow showers also are possible tonight. The high is 36 degrees. Temperatures should stay in the 30s through Friday, with no other signs of precipitation this week for Denver, according to NWS.

Accumulation in the mountains is possible, but likely only a few inches, with a dry and warm period lingering over the weekend, according to NWS.
