Denver home buyers who paid less for their home than its list price were the slim majority this week.

Nevertheless, they were the majority, so if you're out there looking for your dream house, keep that in mind.

Last week, 38 percent of buyers paid less for their home, compared to the 37 percent paying more. The underbids ranged from $900 less than list price to a full $100,000 off. Here are the top five underbids of the last week.
