Sometimes a plain old margarita just won't cut it on a gorgeous day. Sometimes you need to get a little weird.

We were in that kind of mood -- one where you think you should try to juice your own cucumbers -- so we took a recipe for a Salty Miami and put our own twist on it.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. cucumber juice
  • 1 oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. Pimm's No. 1
  • salt
  • strawberries

The Salty Denver is best enjoyed on an outrageously sunny day, on whatever rooftop you can get yourself on.
