Because we don't always have the time, energy or supplies for a fancy summer cocktail, we need a drink to keep things simple but interesting.
The Troublesome Gulch Gin -- named for the road in Kittredge on which I was introduced to this drink -- does just that.
What you'll need:
- 2 oz. gin
- grapefruit (juice it yourself or buy juice)
- herbal bitters
