In less than one month, Troy Guard will have shuttered two restaurants.

The chef and restaurateur closed Lucky Cat in Lowry on May 13, and on May 28, Westword reports, he'll put and end to RiNo's SugarMill, too.

Shutting down SugarMill, a little dessert-focused spot, will make more room for Los Chingones, which Guard's TAG Restaurant Group operates directly next door.

They'll add another bar, lounge seating and more patio space. Construction will start on Aug. 1, and they're hoping to open the addition one month later.

It's a sign of success for Los Chingones, which is also getting a new location in Stapleton's Eastbridge Town Center this summer. Guard is also opening the breakfast-and-lunch joint Hashtag there.
