Sun drips throigh the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. (Kevin J. Beaty/Denverite)

The forecast sounds delicious, on the surface, but in fact it's just unpleasant.

It's going to be mostly sunny but also a little smoky, and the high will be around 90, according to the National Weather Service. The overnight low will be around 59 and there's a 10 percent chance of rain before 9 p.m.

The possibility of water falling from the sky should carry into tomorrow, until about noon. Otherwise it should be mostly sunny with a high around 90, again.
